Despite the index number in column 6(a) of Schedule 1, these dangerous goods may be offered for transport, handled or transported in accordance with section 1.31 when they are in a quantity that is less than or equal to 100 articles.

Special Provision 105

This shipping name must not be used unless the results of Test series 6(d) in Part I of the Manual of Tests and Criteria have demonstrated that any dangerous effects arising from functioning are confined within the means of containment.
