Special Provision 92

  1. The consignor must classify these dangerous goods on the basis of samples.

  2. The consignor must make available to the Minister, on reasonable notice given by the Minister, a document that explains the sampling method and includes the following information:

    1. the scope of the method;

    2. the sampling apparatus;

    3. the sampling procedures;

    4. the frequency and conditions of sampling; and

    5. a description of the quality control management system in place.

Special Provision 150

An approved ERAP is required for the dangerous goods referred to in paragraph 7.2(1)(f) of Part 7 (Emergency Response Assistance Plan).
