I worked over 10 years with the Transportation of Dangerous Goods group at Transport Canada, serving as a designated TDG Inspector for that time.

• National Standards Leadership: Served as the voting member for Transport Canada on the CSA B620 technical committee and authored over 80 approved proposals to modernize national safety standards.
• Strategic Safety Enforcement: Led over 100 inspections across the globe.
• Regulatory Innovation: Developed custom engineering tools to automate complex calculations and improve risk-informed decision-making.

Why I Built TDG Toolbox

Navigating the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, regulations, and safety standards can be incredibly complex. Having spent years developing a deep understanding of these rules, I wanted to share that knowledge with the broader industry. By leveraging my experience in developing software and interactive tools, I built TDG Toolbox to make this important information easy to find and to help people translate complex legislation into something that's easy to understand.
