Payment of Money for Research
15.1
A person who is subject to a court order that requires payment of an amount of money under paragraph 34(1)(d) of the Act to be used to conduct programs of research must
(a)
provide a summary of the order, in writing, to the Minister within 30 days after the day on which the order is made; and
(b)
give to the Minister the amount in the form of a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, payable to the Receiver General for Canada, within the period established by the court or, if no period is established, within 90 days after the day on which the order is made.

15.1
Toute personne visée par l’ordonnance d’un tribunal exigeant le versement, en vertu de l’alinéa 34(1)d) de la Loi, d’une somme d’argent aux fins de la mise en oeuvre de programmes de recherches doit :
(a)
fournir par écrit au ministre un résumé de l’ordonnance dans les trente jours suivant la date à laquelle elle a été rendue;
(b)
remettre la somme au ministre sous forme de chèque certifié, de mandat ou de traite bancaire établi à l’ordre du receveur général du Canada dans le délai que fixe le tribunal ou, à défaut d’un tel délai, dans les quatre-vingt-dix jours suivant la date à laquelle l’ordonnance a été rendue.
